First Step Toward a 3-20 Public Adjuster License

• Take and pass this online ACA Designation course and apply for your 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license; the state exam is waived.
• Once you are hired by a licensed 3-20 Public Adjuster or company, you can be appointed as a 31-20 Public Adjuster Apprentice under your 6-20 license.
• Work as a Public Adjuster Apprentice for at least six months, then take the state exam and apply for the 3-20 Public Adjuster license.

Florida Resident & Non-Resident Licensing

Florida residents can use this ACA designation to satisfy the pre-licensing requirement and obtain the 6-20 Resident All-Lines Adjuster license without the state exam.

Out-of-state adjusters may use this course to qualify for a Florida non-resident 6-20 license, provided they hold an active home-state adjuster license when their home state requires one.
